Weekly Froth #3 - (Bibio, CFCF, Flight Facilities, and more!)

The weekly froth! A weekly take on six tracks, most of which have recently popped up somewhere in the blogosphere. Bit of a mixed bag with a slight leaning towards house, disco, and remixes, but generally just anything that for some reason tickled the writer’s fancy.

Track of the week: ‘Foreign Language’ by Flight Facilities feat. Jess
What a lovely summery track this is. I just get cheery hearing this, they are definitely on to something here. Love those vocals as well, so clear, bit dreamy, bit disco. Has that attitude for it. Nice rolling bass on here, makes it so catchy. It also feels so light, something you could play on and on and not have it wear out (or have it wear you out). It is definitely easy on the ear, and I can imagine people not into music liking this track (or not minding it being on anyway). Really fun song from this fairly new band.
